CSM Portal Form for Self-Hosted BI

Introduction

  • The CSM portal form for Self-Hosted BI is an automated service to securely send and store credentials and details of customer-hosted BI resources to IFS Cloud.
  • This form should be used once for each environment and again when the client secrets/keys expire or need to be renewed.
  • Once the data is sent to IFS Cloud it is stored in the customer's secure key vault, and the details are removed from the CSM portal and while processing they are hashed out to prevent further access.

Where to find it

Log into the IFS Service Center and follow this path:

Request a Service > Request a Cloud Service > IFS Cloud - Self-Hosted BI (Advanced Analytics / Analysis Models).

How to gain access

If you have already purchased a BI SKU but cannot see this form in the IFS Service Center, please raise a new case to request access using the below instructions.

  • Use the Report an Issue form.
  • Fill in the Account, Reported By, Phone number, and Time zone.
  • Select Report something else for the What is the nature of your issue? question.
  • Subject Request access to IFS Cloud - Self Hosted BI Form.
  • Fill in the rest as required and click Submit.
