Print issue tickets

You can print individual issue tickets for a work package from the Work Package Details page.

  • The work package is started (IN WORK) or committed (COMMIT), and a printer is configured for issue printing at the work location.

Issue tickets, also known as pick tickets, identify the current location of the inventory and the work location where the inventory is needed.

  1. Find a work package by doing one of the following:
    • In the Barcode Search field, enter the work package barcode, and then press Enter.
    • On the Task Search page, in the Work Package Information area, provide the information requested, and then click Search.
    • On your to-do list, in the Work Package column of any tab, click a work package name.
  2. From the Work Package Details page, click Print Issue Tickets.
  3. In the Confirm Printer window, do the following:
    • Select a printer.
    • Set a Needed After date and a Needed Before date if you want to define a range of dates to print issue tickets for part requests that have a Needed By date that falls within the date range.
    • Select the Re-Print check box if you want to re-print issue tickets that have already been printed.
  4. Click OK.
On the Part Request Details page, in the Request Information area, the Last Printed Date field shows the timestamp of the last time the issue ticket was printed.
