Find stock

You can find information about individual stock items by searching for the stock, and then clicking the link to access the Stock Details page.

You might want to do this to, for example, know which stock is obsolete or surplus so that you can remove it from the warehouse.

1. Find stock by doing one of the following:
   • On the Stock Search page, enter your search criteria and click Search.
   • To find obsolete stock, look on your to-do list, Obsolete Inventory tab.
   • To find surplus stock, look on your to-do list, Surplus Stock tab.
   • To find slow moving stock, look on your to-do list, Slow Moving Stock tab.
2. Optional: To check what stock is available for a stock number at a supply location, on the Stock Details page, select the Availability tab.
3. Optional: To check what stock is available for a stock number at a warehouse location, on the Stock Details page, select the Warehouse Stock Levels tab and review the information in the Serviceable columns (Avail, Resvd, Transfer Pend, and In Kit).
