You can authorize orders for which you have the necessary
authorization level.
The order has been approved by the budget.
- On your to-do list, Authorization Required Orders tab, in the Orders column, click the order number.
- On the order details page, review the order and click Authorize Order.
- In the Authorization Information box, enter a note and click OK.
- If prompted, enter your password and click OK.
Tip: You can authorize an order directly from your to-do list by selecting the order, and clicking Authorize Order.
Note: You can authorize and issue an order at the same time by clicking Authorize and Issue which is also available on the
Authorization Required Orders tab,
if you have the necessary authorization level and permission to issue orders enabled as well.
