Re-open canceled or rejected orders

You can re-open canceled orders if you have been granted permission. When you re-open an order, it reverts to the status it had before it was canceled.

  1. On the order details page, click Re-Open Order.
  2. If prompted, enter your password and click OK.
  3. On the Confirm page, click Yes.
    Once you re-open an order, you can edit the order, if required, and resubmit for approval.
