Upgrade from IFSAPP75 to IFSAPP8

Between IFS Applications 7.5 and IFS Applications 8 there has been changes in the server code, due to the introduction of new functionality and reverse engineering of models for entities and enumerations. Furthermore, all base server files (api,apy and rdf) have been renamed on disc so it better to reflect the name of the package name.
