Overview¶
The audit report in the Lifecycle Experience Portal serves to provide information about the operations in Build Place and Release Update Studio. Specifically, it focuses on details related to delivery package downloads and .upda file downloads.
About the Report¶
Once the 'Audit' option is selected from the left navigation menu, you will be navigated to the audit report (Figure 1).
This report includes the following audit information related to delivery package download and .UPDA file download operations:
- User - email address of the user who downloaded.
- Download Type - Indication of the action; delivery package download or .UPDA file download.
- Date - The date of download is shown in the format of dd/mm/yyyy.
- Time - The time of download is shown in the local timezone of the logged in user.
- Status - If the download operation is successfully triggered, the status is set to "Initialized". If it fails to trigger, it is updated as "Failed".
- Download Mode - Applicable for .UPDA downloads. This field describes whether the .UPDA file was downloaded via the Build Place or Release Update Studio and whether the file was downloaded during a Release Update, Service Update or during a corrective delivery.
- Customization Branch - Only applicable for .UPDA downloads. This is the repository branch which contains customization code. This can be master, release-update or a corrective delivery branch.
- Base Tag - Only applicable for .UPDA downloads. Base IFS Core version of the customizations.
- Target Tag - Only applicable for .UPDA downloads. Target IFS Core version of the customizations.
- CoreFrom Version - Only applicable for .UPDA downloads. This is the tag name of the core repository which corresponds to the Base IFS Core version of the customizations.
- CoreTo Version - Only applicable for .UPDA downloads. This is the tag name of the core repository which corresponds to the target IFS Core version of the customizations.
- Delivery Package Name - Only applicable for delivery package downloads.

By default, the record for the last 7 days is shown. However, if required, the filtration can be used to view the records for today or last 30 days. This report displays a maximum of 200 records and if more records are required, please contact IFS Support teams. Upon approval, information can be provided.
In case of unavailability of data, the following 'No data' message will appear (Figure 2). It will remain the same until relevant audit records are available to be displayed in the report.
