Grant Migration Job Access to UsersΒΆ
User access needs to be granted for you to be able to execute jobs related to Allowable Configuration, and to view the migration job page.
Follow the steps listed to enable access:

Navigate to Data Migration, select Basic Data, and open the Authorized Users page.

From the navigator, select the user who will do the data migration.

Under the Migration Jobs granted to the User section, select the plus icon to add a new migration job.

Add the Allowable Configuration jobs as records one by one, and select the Save button after entering each job.
The Allowable Configuration Job IDs are:
- 0100_AC_DATA_LOAD
- 0150_AC_RUN_ALL_JOBS
- 0200_AC_OPR_ASSEMBLY
- 0210_AC_OPR_SYSTEM
- 0220_AC_OPR_SUB_SYSTEM
- 0250_AC_OPR_CONFIG_SLOT
- 0260_AC_OPR_CONFIG_SLOT
- 0270_AC_OPR_POSITION
- 0280_AC_OPR_POSITION
- 0300_AC_OPR_PART_GROUP
- 0400_AC_OPR_COUNTRY
- 0500_AC_OPR_STATE
- 0600_AC_OPR_MANUFACTURER
- 0700_AC_OPR_PART
- 0800_AC_OPR_PG_PART

Enabling migration jobs will allow the user to view error messages when a job fails to insert or update data to the Allowable Configuration tables. Select the job from the Execute page, and any errors will be shown under the Details tab of the job.
