Manage by Page

Use the Manage by Page option to find and manage Projections based on a selection of known pages in IFS Cloud.

1. By selecting the Manage by Page option, you will see a list of pages available in IFS Cloud with their Projections. Choose the desired pages and select next.

1. Choose the desired Access Level for each Projection.

Access Level changes performed in the assistant are not limited to the pages selected in the first step of the assistant, but also affect all pages that belong to the Projections. For this reason, a list of pages is presented using the Projections for which the Access Level is to be changed. The Currently Available and Will Be Available columns indicate if a page is currently available in the Permission Set and if the page will be available if specified Access Level changes are applied.

1. Access Level changes are applied once the Assistant is completed.
