There are a number of development tools tailored for various types of IFS Cloud development. Please refer to the different sections of the development guide for more details on the various types of development.
IFS Developer Studio is the main development tool for server side storage and business logic development as well as projection (API) and client development. It also includes Integration / IFS Connect development. IFS Report Designer is used for operational report layout development (Developer Studio is used for the data assembly server-side logic of reports).
In addition to these tools there are other tools to handle more specific parts of the development/upgrade process. The Translation Manager is as the name suggests used to develop translations. Update and Configuration Analyzer will help you analyze differences in the code between releases.
The tools are provided as downloads from the Developer Portal. (https://developer.ifs.com)
This site also acts as the update center for the tools that have automatic update processes.
