Installation and Operations Guide¶
Only applicable for customers running remote deployment models, this guide explains how to install and operate IFS Cloud (for customers running the cloud deployment model installation and operations is handed by IFS as part of the service). Covers how to prepare underlying infrastructure (e.g. the database), perform fresh install, updating (installing deliveries), and upgrading from versions prior to IFS Cloud.
Creating and applying deliveries is described in IFS Lifecycle Experience Guide
Things like setting up replication, archiving, message routing, reports, printers, report formatters, print agents and so on are typically not described in the installation guide - you will find this type of documentation in the administration and configuration guides.
